The 3 axis TV-550 is a high performance machine with high speed and high precision. Compare to the TV-500, the height of TV550 will be slightly increased, and the Z-axis stroke will also be increased. This machine is an automatic CNC machining center integrated with the functions of milling, boring, drilling and tapping, the headstock of this machine adopts hanging structure to enhance the machine rigidity. It can be used to machining metal parts such as aluminum, steel and iron. All cstings have been secondary tempered to provide high rigidity for the overall machine. It adopts timing and quantitative automatic centralized oil supply lubrication system to ensure that any lubricating part can be fully lubricated. It also adopts direct coupling connection, with excellent transmission rigid, high precision and stability.
The back of the machine has a box-shaped design and it is equipped with a tank collecting box. The humanized space design and the wide operating door make the loading and unloading of the workpiece very convenient. This machine is also equipped with easy to use operating panel and hand wheel and high efficiency base chip washing system, making the work more efficient. The spindle motor and the spindle are designed to be directly connected, so there is no noise and vibration problem because there is no belt. The machine is equipped with a low-inertia spindle motor, which makes the acceleration time very short, from 0 to 12000RPM in one second. The Thermal Isolated Direct Drive System can effectively block the heat transmission of the motor to the spindle, and can significantly reduce the heat of the spindle.
